Trading is accessed through your Nevada account in the Nevada application at trade.nevada.app. This landing page does not itself execute trades or provide trading functionality. We do not:

  • Provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • Recommend any specific transaction, asset, or strategy
  • Guarantee any trading outcomes or returns

4. Risks

Trading, especially with leverage, involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. You acknowledge and accept:

  • Market prices, including crypto, can be highly volatile
  • Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses and can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit
  • Crypto transactions can be irreversible once confirmed
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEVADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
